Thank you for supporting Selva de Oro. All of our pieces are handcrafted or carefully curated from Colombia and prepared with care before being shipped from our studio in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.

What are your delivery times?

All orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, before Noon (EST) will begin processing that day and ship same day pending availability and payment verification.

Orders placed after Noon (EST) will begin processing the next business day. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

Selva de Oro LLC cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays due to force majeure conditions such as weather or shipping/air travel delays.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct mailing address.

Selva de Oro LLC is not responsible for refunding items that are delivered to the wrong address due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and weight of your order.

Approximate delivery estimates for U.S. orders:

  • Economy shipping: 5–8 business days
  • Standard shipping: 3–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

How do I know if my order has been sent?

You will receive an email confirmation with shipping/tracking details. Please check your junk/bulk inbox if you don't see the email confirmations.
