At Selva de Oro, each piece is handcrafted or carefully curated from Colombia. Because of the artisanal nature of our jewelry and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, we are committed to ensuring you love your jewelry and will gladly assist if there is an issue with your order.

No refunds, store credit only. 

Exchanges for Damaged or Incorrect Items

We offer exchanges only if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact us at info@selvadeoro.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  3. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

If approved, we will send instructions for completing your exchange.

Final Sale Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged (unless damaged upon arrival):

  • Earrings (studs, hoops, ear cuffs)
  • Ring sets
  • Necklace and earring sets
  • Sale or promotional items

Order Issues

If your order arrives incomplete or incorrect, please notify us within:

  • 7 days for online orders
  • Same day for in-person market purchases

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. If you need to make changes, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. While we cannot guarantee adjustments, we will do our best to assist.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Selva de Oro is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact USPS or UPS directly to file a claim.

Jewelry Care and Plating Disclaimer

All pieces are 24k gold plated. Normal wear, moisture, skincare products, fragrance, and individual skin chemistry can affect plating over time. This is not considered a defect and is not eligible for exchange.

In-Person Market Purchases

All purchases made at fairs, pop-ups, or markets are final sale unless an item is found to be defective at the time of purchase.
